He has been my eye doctor and surgeon for many many years. I trust him explicitly and find him caring, efficient knowledgeable, and very talented would recommend highly.
Dr. Chang is the best! I love the rapport that I have with him and his genuine concern for my health. I highly recommend him.
He doesn't care about the patient. Doesn't explain and answers question defensively maybe because he's not secure and experienced. Rushes in and out. Max time spent with patient is 5 min.
Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job of explaining eye care. He is one of the best doctors I have ever seen for treatment. He is also personable and caring. He's my eye doctor for the rest of my life.
Dr. Chang inspires confidence and trust. I feel like he listens and takes the time I need to answer any questions I have. He's friendly and I have rapport with him. He has done two eye surgeries on me and both have been beneficial. He has an excellent bedside manner.
