I told him about a condition i was dealing with for years but he mis-diagnosed me. Said my skin was naturally just getting darker no reason to worry. So I thought my skin getting darker was normal until a few years later I was told it was a serious condition they said could have been prevented

Dr. Steinberg is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is extremely responsive, caring, and takes the time to make sure all your questions or concerns are addressed. Even for an unscheduled surgery he made sure that he made the time to do the surgery himself even though it was later in the evening.
Dr. Steinberg was absolutely phenomenal. Had on going kidney stone issues that hadn't been resolved by previous urologist and he managed to provide specialty solution and it resolved all issues. However, as others expressed, dealing with office staff and setting appointments (not contacted for availability) and overall communication was beyond difficult and with no apparent recourse.
