This would have to be the most rudest sick receptionist I’ve ever come across not only was she rude but she’s also very very precious. Maybe keep your comments to yourself or learn to zip it Put a very sour taste on the whole experience And don’t bother trying to resolve this issue you know your staff you know that You have a very obnoxious receptionist. I’m not the only one that has experienced this. Maybe it’s time that you deal with it.
From the moment you walk into Dr. Scott rooms you know you are in good hands. Dr Scott gives you the time to fully explain his honest treatment plan, answers ALL questions and is amazing with the children. The dental nurses are absolutely AMAZING- they ensure the children are always comfortable, they are friendly, kind and are able to help with any crisis major or minor. Dr Scott has seen both kids. One with cleft lip and palate and one with out. His expertise and guidance along with his super lovely staff made the years we have been on this orthodontic journey, pleasant! Jala on the desk is a rock star at keeping our appointments/payments all on track. The finished result is worth it.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr.Scott! My daughter had her braces done by him back in 2017, and now my son is currently completing his course as well. Throughout both of their orthodontic journeys, Dr. Scott has been incredibly patient, gentle, and professional.
