This was a few years ago but when I got my braces off they made my plate incorrectly and it did not fit my teeth correctly as it was forcing a gap in my lower teeth. We went to the orthodontist and got a new one made which took so long that my teeth shifted and I was unable to wear it properly without it falling out in the night.
Our journey so far has been such a pleasure, all the staff are amazing. Every step has been thoroughly explained and all our questions answered. And anytime we had a small mishap, we would be fitted in, no problems. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
This would have to be the most rudest sick receptionist I’ve ever come across not only was she rude but she’s also very very precious. Maybe keep your comments to yourself or learn to zip it Put a very sour taste on the whole experience And don’t bother trying to resolve this issue you know your staff you know that You have a very obnoxious receptionist.
