great doctor and his staff is great as well

First of all i have no problem with dr. Kim i feel like he has always taken good care of me and both of my kids that see him as well. He has always taken the time to answer any and all questions and addressed them correctly. However the problem i have is with his NURSE she is one of the most rudest people i have ever met in my life that works in that type of field. I have no issue with Dr. Kim; he seems friendly, fine, and competent. However, the woman in the front office is always rude and confrontational, whether my interaction with her is via telephone or face-to-face in the office. She exhibits not the least bit of friendliness and should not be in that position, period. Ultimately Dr. Kim is responsible for his staff and their behavior, so this woman reflects very negatively upon his entire operation.
