I recently had a session with Dr. Peter Proud that was initially scheduled for one hour but extended to two hours. During this time, he took the opportunity to try to understand my past personal history and physical trauma. Peter is the best Chiropractor I have been to! He picked up that I have slight scoliosis when other chiropractors didn't, even when I asked them if I had it, because Peter does a thorough check before he works on you. I love that he is holistic in his approach, knowing that pain in the body is often a result of lifestyle and emotional factors. He tailors his session based on what the client need. He is firm when needed and gentle in his manner. A lovely human.
Peter is amazing and always manages to improve the movement in my body while encouraging me to look after myself. I highly recommend him.
