My visit with Dr Polack was Excellent.
The office staff keeps the check in and check out easy and streamlined. At the same time the clinical staff was well prepared and thorough. Dr. Pollack was well informed on my condition, listened to and answered my questions and made solid recommendations. Just a small remark, he didn’t introduce himself when entering the examination room. You know what they say about first impressions, a brief introduction can be a great ice breaker.
