This is the worse place to work for , Dr palacios, is the worse and rude person, he treats his employees like shit, all the staff are a joke, they don’t trained, enough, horrible people and staff
I've been seeing Dr. Palacio for over 2 years for Biote hormone replacement. He's a good doctor, but his office staff has become more and more awful over time. If they even bother to answer the phone they are condescending and misinformed. They're constantly dropping the ball. They don't return messages. I've been trying to make an appointment for 2 months, and they can't seem to make it happen. Very frustrating. With this review, I end my relationship with VIVA.
