Insurance got canceled, have to make an extra trip to get lab slips, then go to get blood draws. Very busy front office. Lots of complicated misunderstandings with office staff. Dr is good and very detailed oriented, but its real hard work to get insurance and apps without confusion.
I’ve been going to this office and seeing NP Jen for over a year now, and I cannot brag enough about her! I’ve never felt so truly heard when it comes to anything I’m experiencing. Jen listens, cares, and treats me like a human being — not just a patient. She’s incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and has helped improve my health significantly. I highly recommend seeing her! The whole team is welcoming and happy to help. Ms. Jennifer Ngo and Dr. Peter Ferrera are very compassionate physicians who makes me feel cared for. I would highly recommend them.
