I have been a patient of Dr. Barcus for several years and am pleased with his services. However the billing office, specifically Danielle and her supervisor, Chris were deplorable I was billed $100 for a no show for a test I was not familiar with. I had just seen Dr Barcus the week before and a test on my brain?? I think I would remember that. Chris the supervisor said policy, they can’t adjust the $100. I will be pursuing this and looking for new neurologist.
My husband has Alzheimer's and is having anxiety, he is acting out and I'm afraid he could do something that could hurt himself. He needs some medication. I felt I was dismissed, he couldn't get an appointment until Oct. That was it.
Seen him 1st in the Hospital then had follow up appointment. Both times he was very good. He listens, understands and then explains.
Office staff and doctor Barcas are absolutely amazing. I have been there for many visits since the birth of my daughter three months ago and have zero complaints. I do have to say Sandra is extremely rude and it becomes very clear she can’t be bothered and doesn’t care to listen. She proceeds to insist that Dr Barca’s won’t get me in for earlier appointments although it has been urgent and he has made a point to get me in immediately this whole Time as I have seen Him Multiple times.
