He was always accessible and helped us navigate our years long journey with AML, Castleman and comorbidities with “open ears”, sound medical advice, unwavering kindness and consistent follow through. Six years after my visit to Dr. Lee, I finally got the breast reduction I had been seeking from another provider. He was dismissive and, quite frankly, creepy. He told me in no uncertain terms that insurance would not cover the procedure (it did), but that we should take photographs anyway. When the nurse came in to take the photos, she recommended that I not have them taken and that I see a different surgeon. Dr. Panaralla is easy to talk with and never makes you feel rushed during an appointment.
What always struck me about the entire UCM operation is how robotic these doctors are. Joshi will literally have a conversation while staring at the computer. He is robotic. Anyway, I came down with COVID and needed a quick message exchange, ideally leading to Paxlovid prescription. His messaging system indicated response up to 48 hours. It’s hour 55. Nothing. Very nice and always informative. Has been my regular doctor for years. He’s great.
Had seen Dr. Kruczek before will going through cancer treatment. Need to go for checkup from primary so choose to see her again. Very professional but now I will have to waste my time because the staff sent my copay and it was not put on my account. Doctor is very good but if the staff makes you and billing waste your time, time for a new Doctor.
