The office staff totally disregards personal time and is not knowledgeable with insurance claims. Even when I was proactive they were rude and did not complete what they said they would do on multiple occasions. Their communication or lack there of is not what anyone needs when trying to have a scheduled surgical procedure. They have created havoc in my schedule and I can no longer have my procedure tomorrow. The surgeon is ok but this office, Palm Vascular in Hollywood is a disaster, find another doctor. You wait months for appointments and while you in the surgery room the staff celebrates for another early day! Also, my insurance rejected a foam sclerotherapy surgery saying it was not medically necessary. Dr. Swischuk KNOWS this is medical necessary. The insurance requested a peer to peer call so the Dr. can confirm my medical history, I wont bore everybody too long with having an open wound for 3 years and a blood clot/pulmon... read more
Dr Swischuk is the best Doctor ever I had a blood cloth years ago and I had to place 3 stents. Dr Swischuk took very good care of me and my surgery was a success. Very responsive and he really cares for his patients. Karoline B
I would highly recommend Dr. Swischuk for anyone who has vascular issues. My husband and I felt comfortable with Dr. Swischuk from our first meeting thru the very last follow up. He kept his word on everything he said he was going to do and the outpatient center where the procedure was done is beyond amazing! Overall a great experience and my husband has felt great since!!
