Insurance used & 5 different bills mailed to me and all of them almost 4 years since I left McGowan's office & bills are still being mailed to me. It's my opinion that payments made "as you go" after dental care is given & Insurance used, has no meaning to his office. Without notice in the office or conversation, use of Insurance payments, or any other in office communications patients will be billed after quitting this dentist.
