Singularly the most informative, open, compassionate, and thorough treatment I have experienced with any position to date. The staff never skipped a beat. The environment is peaceful, immaculate, evidence that someone actually cares about this practice. I came to learn more about ketamine and its potential to ameliorate cluster headache and PTSD. I requested a copy of my visit note, and found that it was full of erroneous, misleading information. He essentially changed my medical history, and my statements, to fit his theory of what was wrong with me. I contacted his office 4x to try to discuss this with him, and I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply. He then knowingly distributed false documentation to a major healthcare network. I am a health care practitioner myself, and I found his actions to be unethical, and his attitude reprehensible.

Unlike many neurologists who deal with headache, Dr. McAllister is actually focused on the patient, recognizing that each person is affected by migraine differently and, as such, needs a customized treatment plan. My migraines have been very refractory (resistant to treatment), and Dr. McAllister has been creative and compassionate. As a matter of disposition, philosophy, and independence, he proceeds without the layers of bureaucracy that inhibit flexible and quick treatment elsewhere. I recommend him without qualification.
Dr. Peter McAllister is professional, easy to talk to and responds to what you are saying. He is sincere when he gives out his phone number and tells you to call any time. His treatments have dramatically reduced the severity and frequency of my debilitating migraine headaches. I have and will continue to recommend him with enthusiasm and confidence.

After 30 year of suffering from chronic headaches and many visits to various neurologists and hospital settings. Dr. Mcallister and his staff have gotten to the root of the problem. They have been amazing in treating this ongoing issue. They have been helping me on almost a daily basis to get back to normal lifestyle. I can't thank Dr. Mcallister and his staff enough for all the care and immediate attention.
Started seeing Dr. McAllister for my child's migraines for years. Although he knew that the treatments he was prescribing/recommending were not effective and that there were several additional migraine treatments he could have tried for my child(that he even talked about prescribing/trying), he simply did nothing more.
