My family had an extremely disappointing and harmful experience with Dr. McAllister during a serious family medical crisis involving my son. Dr McCallister had the quickest appointments available and good ratings so we opted to go to him and pay out of pocket. Dr. McCallister's treatment put my son in the hospital!!!! My Son would email him and he would change pain meds for his severe headaches, but when that wasn't helping the office made 2 follow up visits , and CANCELLED them both - knowing he had been hospitalized. We went to Dr McCallister due to his good ratings. However, he treated my son and it ended him in the hospital!!!! He needed follow up care with which we were reluctant to do, however he had quick appt timing again, yet he would only agree to it if we spend another $495.00 after already paying $1790.00 for initial visit out of pocket. We agreed to pay out of pocket to see Dr McCallister given his good reviews and speedy available appointment. We were desperate for care. Dr Mccallister did not help my son. He ended up in the hospital 4 times after being seen and treated hastily by Dr. McCallister. Unfortunately I see this practice is only after money.
