Great doctor, highly knowledgeable with great bedside manner
Dr. Peter M Fay is an exceptional Physician Doctor who provides compassionate care and demonstrates high level of expertise in their field. I am very impressed with his treatment style, attention , dedication as well as cool behave with own patients. Thank you Doctor, keep going……
Our appointment was scheduled for 3:45 pm and the doctor attended us at 4:45. We had to wait on the video call for an hour and that wasted so much of our time. This so far has been my worst experience with a doctor’s appointment. I feel like they don’t value our time as they could have told us to reschedule our appointment if they were running late. If patients get late they literally cancel our appointment. Hate the hypocrisy!
Dr. Fay told me that my mother's seizures were not connected to the brain tumor growth. He also told me that my mother's tremor was not caused by the seizure medication he had prescribed and that she had another condition. I argued with him that the head tremor began within two weeks of taking the seizure medication. Dr. Fay and his team at SC Valley Medical center in Sunnyvale never gave my 65-year-old mother the attention she needed.
