We are all used to waiting in GP offices but when you have to wait 45 minutes with a toddler, that’s unacceptable and appalling! Active little one can't read for that long, nor a 45-min screen time he had to endure is great for them. On top of all, we had to make arrangements and manage cancellations of other appointments later in the day, although we've booked what we thought safely in advance and arrived on time, 4-5 patients went before us, and it was morning, not end of the day or something.
