Horrible week, me in hospital AGAIN, then Mom fell right smack down on her left knee Monday, so yesterday I took her to my acupuncturist, he sent me to one of those walk-in clinics, MDnow. I walked in and told them that Mom and I each needed an X-ray. It depends on which MD or PA is on staff. Some are really great. Some are so-so. Average time from check-in to check-out is usually less than an hour. It's always been clean when I've been there.
The fat white trash girl at the front desk was extremely rude. She should be fired. The customer service was absolutely horrible. If I wasn't forced to go there by workers comp, I would have told her off and walked out. I waited 45 minutes to be seen when I made an appointment. Why do you have appointments when you are just going to make someone sit forever. I would of been better off going to the Emergency room. The front desk had no clue what was going on.
