Dr. Loo seemed very indifferent to my pain or diagnosing the cause or treatment of it. My left knee was also hurting much, but he completely refused to even look at it, saying my GP had only mentioned my right knee in his referral. I then asked for a referral to a surgeon that does less invasive lateral knee replacement, but he denied that such a procedure even exists, which it does. (Just Google lateral knee replacement or Jiffy knee.) So, he was both very indifferent and uninformed.
Dr Loo is a wonderful Orthopedic Dr. Very professional and caring.
Dr. Loo listens and discusses all options to help you make your decision for your health care. He’s also great at giving referrals to appropriate surgeons.
Great visit with Dr. Loo! He went over everything that was wrong with my knee and gave all the options to rectify the pain I was in. For now I chose the injection and I was in no pain within an hour! May have to have a knee replacement at some later date. For now I'm thankful to be pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Loo as he is very nice, professional, thorough, and personable.
