The office staff was very welcoming! Lisa at the front desk was so nice and helpful with all the questions I had. Dr. Kvapil is very personable and thorough. I was in and out with not a long wait.
Great experience! First time having this procedure and it went well thanks to Dr. Kvapil. He thoroughly explained the process and helped to ease my fears. He was patient, kind and very informative. The staff was friendly and helped me through it. No issues with payment, the office was neat, It was a positive experience.
Dr. Kvapil was really great and surprisingly easy to talk to. He took the time to understand my unique combination of issues and formulate accommodations to make me as comfortable as possible for my procedure. Top notch doctor!!
Dr. Kvapil is the best doctor in this clinic. Awesome bedside manner, fully explains everything from procedures to medications. I wish all doctors had his attitude toward his patients. And his Med Assistant (Krystal) is the best in their office. She always stays on top of communications with me.
