I liked Dr Klim, but his staff is worthless! It took months and months to get anything done, and now I can't get my records. My family Dr is trying also. No response!
Dr Klim is a considerate, intelligent physician. In 2 visits he has done more for me than anyone. Writing scripts is only part of pain management. You can tell easily who wants less pain and who just wants narcotics. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's taking a while to get my meds approved.
Doctor Peter Klim and his staff are "Five Star" to me, very efficient and helpful in resolving my health issues. Highly recommend!
I have fibromyalgia, moderate RO and OA, bilateral carpal tunnel, disc degenerative disease, mild facet arthropathy through out my spine, Scoliosis, my right shoulder has moderate supraspinatus tendinopathy, bone spurs, l4 shadow bugle, numbness and tingling from both of my shoulders to my fingers on both hands. I did seek medical help from Dr. Klim for break through pain. He changes my medicine to just Buprenorphine and Naloxone 2mg/0.5 mg. This medicine does nothing for my pain. RecommendedDr. Klim is incredible. He has taken great care of my health when I have felt most vulnerable, not to mention he’s great to speak to. It’s rare to find a doctor that will TAKE THE TIME to explain test results, medications and procedures. I take great comfort in knowing that Dr.Klim truly has my best interest at heart. I always feel as though my concerns are heard which is key when experiencing pain. I highly recommend becoming his patient.
Dr. Klim and his staff have room for improvement in both efficiency and effectiveness. They have very little regard for the patients time and are always tardy causing excessive wait times. Prescriptions are not called in at the time of your appointment and often require a great deal of follow up between the office and the pharmacy. Great doctor, LOVE the staff. Theo and Melissa are the best!
Personal experience with Dr. Klim was good. However, office staff ranges from very good to fair depending who you have contact with. Biggest problem is that who ever is responsible for responding to/ contacting patients is unresponsive about half the time. Trying to contact someone in the office to answer medical questions is sometimes non existence. If you need a responsive medical office, then this may not be the place to go. If you leave a message, someone may or may not return your phone call or emails.
