if I could give zero stars I would. Went to see Dr. Klein for a very painful lump. He did absolutely nothing but tell me I don’t know what it is go back to my primary care physician? NO X-RAYS NOTHING, and he’s a dermatologist? He should have at least done an x-ray. If somethings on or right under your skin, that’s why you go to Dermatologists. Its hard to realize how important it is to find the best dermatologist out there until you are really in need. As a medical professional I can tell you it simply doesn’t get better than Dr. Klein and his team of talented Dermatology Docs. I am grateful for the prompt care and attention during my time of need! A+++
Dr. Klein and the reception is good. The place is clean as well. However the wait times are far too long. I waited a half an hour until my name was called then when I was brought in the room I had to wait 15 minutes until the doctor came in. This isn't the first time I had to wait for this amount of time either.
