Pretty unsatisfied. Dr. Kiefer wouldn't even consider tweaking my mediciation despite blood work showing that it needed it. Additionally, I've been trying to get a refill of a prescription for the past week to no avail. I've been calling everyday and requesting it, the office keeps saying they'll pass it to the doctor and then nothing happens with my pharmacy (meanwhile my pain is steadily increasing without meds). Love Dr Keifer. Great bedside manner. He answers any questions I may have snd never makes me feel rushed Very patient and nice.
I have been seeing Dr. Kiefer for years. He is a very good Doctor and a good person. Is is respectful and polite. He listens
Dr Kiefer can be a little abrupt, but he is a very kind man and a very good doctor. He helped me fight with my insurance for months to get my son the medication he needed.
This Dr. Is the worst, most rude and disrespectful "professional" I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life!!! He was horrible at the moment I needed his help the most. DO NOT HAVE GO THROUGH WHAT I HAD TO... PLEASE!
