Dr. Kaiser and his team are outstanding! Their evaluation process is very thorough, they explain what they are doing and why, and readily answer any questions. They are all professional and friendly. Dr. Kaiser is exceptional. He covers everything necessary, explains his conclusions, answers any questions, and if you like will banter a bit. While my time with him is brief, I never feel rushed.
