I’ve seen dr Wong as a patient since I was born. My family has 4 generations seen by him and he’s been always helpful and patient. However, I wish he would do something about the receptionist with the purple dyed hair. She’s extremely rude, condescending and lacks compassion with sick patients. She rushes you off the phone and hangs up abruptly. No professionalism at all. There are several complaints about her from other patients already but nothing is done..
What do you do if your family doctor of 35+ years cancels your files because you haven’t been to see him for over 3 years. Well this is the case. I rarely get ill and do not have any major health issues so I have not been to see Dr Wong for a while. Called today to make an appointment to do a milestone check up, turns out he deleted my files. Nurse/receptionist said that is their policy if a patient does not visit within 3 years. It makes sense, get rid of patients that don’t make you money. It would have been swell if I got... read more
