Dr Johnstone and his staff have been so supportive and helpful. First saw Dr Johnstone following a bad experience with my original knee replacement surgery. He has helped my situation greatly and Lois and Susan have been so helpful with scheduling appointments etc as I live 9 hours away - they have made a stressful revision surgery process a whole lot easier. I have recently had a hip replacement and was delighted with the complete service and information provided by his team! The surgery was very successful - testament to his outstanding skill- and I am already in better shape after only a couple of weeks! I also attended inpatient rehab at Mater Private and the physiotherapists and Occupational Therapist were outstanding and really made the recovery much more complete. The rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with. She yelled at me for speaking too slow and made me feel like I was a nuisance. The receptionist NEEDS to be replaced. The service is absolutely disgusting!! There is no need to be so disrespectful and rude!!!
My recent shoulder surgery from close to lock shoulder to nearly full recovery shows how brilliant Dr Johnstone is as a surgeon. He is straight forward and not a time waster. I highly recommend him. His team provided top quality service from start to finish. Thank you all so very much.
