Was escorted to my husbands post procedure room, where I found Dr Molloy going over medical findings with my obviously sleeping (snoring, mouth wide open) husband. When I pointed this out he said “he heard me”. My husband said yah we were talking about summer!?!
Uncaring, rude, on a power trip, defensive and argumentative.
Had to have an endoscopy done. I was very nervous about the procedure. The staff was very courteous and professional. They explained every aspect to me ahead of time. They really put my mind at ease. I was all worried for nothing. They put you to sleep for this operation. The only thing I remember is being wheeled in.
