Uncaring, rude, on a power trip, defensive and argumentative.
Had to have an endoscopy done. I was very nervous about the procedure. The staff was very courteous and professional. They explained every aspect to me ahead of time. They really put my mind at ease. I was all worried for nothing. They put you to sleep for this operation. The only thing I remember is being wheeled in.
Terrible experience! My husband saw him in the hospital awhile back and he told us since the normal gi dr we see doesn't work with Butler hospital"why were we there" and didn't care from that point on (my husband was in so much pain I couldn't get him anywhere else at the time.) I just had a colonoscopy with him the other day and he did not explain ANYTHING! Told us to look it up online but make sure we go to a legit site to get accurate info, I asked about something else and he told me that wasn't my main concern right now.... read more
