I don't recommend this Dr. he may be a good Dr. but he lacks compassion and empathy towards his patients. Evidently this Dr. is so busy that he didn't have time to reach out to me or have his nurse explain my test results. I had to schedule 2 E visits to get a response from him. He called me today 12/26 my brain MRI was on 12/02 . ....with re: to some negative reviews here: 1. Dr Boardman's patient population has very complicated issues. 2. He has consistently been responsive to various challenging situations other physicians have consulted him for, unafraid to "serve on the front lines", including getting shot working with said patients. He has done this with extraordinary altruism. Please consider how hard this job is. 3. I have witnessed the above over several years.
It was terrible. We went for a second opinion and the first thing he said was how nice Dr. konning was and that she was a classmate of his. I felt he already made up his mind not to help Brian. He seemed disinterested right at the start he actually made a comment about how Brian finally getting to the point after Brian was trying to tell him about his falling issues. He was disinterested, rude, unsympathetic, uncaring and mostly not helpful. No word was said about Brian coming back or anything.We never had a worse experience... read more
I am using this under a fake name as I don’t want to be looked up in their records. I Will never forget the day I called Dr Boardman with concerns about a seizure and I was very unfamiliar with epilepsy and what to do. He returned my call saying *scoffing* “I haven’t seen you in 2 years so why would you think I can answer your question” he was short and inconsiderate.
