Dr. Ihm implanted an Inspire Sleep Apnea device in my body last September. Currently (November 12, 2025) I need an MRI. The imaging center has requested surgery notes twice and I have called Dr. Ihm's office twice to have surgery notes sent to the imaging center. I am in pain and need to have an MRI as soon as possible. I am unable to access the patient portal to see if I can get the surgery notes on my own. Unacceptable.
I was highly disappointed in my visit with Dr. Ihm. After seeing Dr. Ihm, I went for a second opinion to another ENT and the difference in how the dr evaluated me, what questions they asked, etc was significant. Dr. Ihm spent MAYBE 15 minutes with me (and yet I was billed $400 for his time exclusive of tests). The other ENT seemed truly interested in my situation. I would never go back to Dr. Ihm. Highly disappointed
Dr. M is a great doctor was great with my ten-year-old explained everything and detailed made her feel really comfortable about everything.
impressed with how he works with patients, and have only positive things to say about procedure and followups (sinuses, septum, etc.)
