For someone who claims to treat PTSD/CPTSD, I believe he failed me, didn't recognise the level of disassociation, didn't recognise that my spouse at the time was a gaslighting , mind virus playing abuser, I feel he failed to investigate further and help me, I feel he left me feeling helpless, hopeless and crazy, and completely missed the signs of PTSD, Thankfully I've found help with another provider.
Dr Hoffman is an amazing person and doctor. His knowledge in the industry is top notch and wouldn’t go anywhere else
Made an appointment to see Dr Hoffman as he had great reviews. Abbotsford team rang me up and confirmed my appointment and said to just bring in my referral. Took THE DAY off work and got a babysitter. Also spent money on getting the referral. I’m not sure if psychiatrists understand the amount of money and effort their patients put in to being there in the first place. Rocked up to my appointment excited to get some help.
