Very smooth extraction with minor discomfort and zero complications. The doctor and staff we first rate and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more. This was my second procedure and had great success with this doctor both times.
Dr hertz was Amazing along with the young lady helping me keep, calm cool and collected before anesthesia/sugary!
Dr. Hertz and his staff were very professional. I had 2 teeth extracted I only did local anesthetic and was in and out in less than 30 min. Staff called to follow up a few hours later. Bottom line I had very little pain and they made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend Dr. Hertz and his team.
There were great. Very easy , dr. Hurtz is amazing . And his staff. Highly recommend
The staff at the front desk were rude and had zero customer service skills. It was so bad I had to say something, I've hardly ever experienced people with attitudes, poor communication and anger directed to the person just trying to get their teeth looked at! That being said, Dr. Hertz was nice and the assistant, no issues there. I would never go back because of front desk. Also I was there for 2 hours for a consult!
