Very rude receptionists, one in particular who never says her name, horrible experience. Had a broken retainer fixed here and it just came away within the year, terrible workmanship also.

I could not recommend Peter highly enough!! I have seen Peter for orthodontic work for a number of years. Peter has shown a high level of professionalism, patience and skill. Peter has worked hard around my medical issues such as having yearly MRI scans which are ongoing. Because of this Peter has had to change from braces and Invisalign regularly due to the scans. Regret of choosing here. Although the reception was nice and helpful. The techniques Peter used was outdated and didn’t suit my case where TADs should apply. When I discussed with Peter about my occlusal canting which became more severe during the treatment, and in fact after I told him I consulted with a maxfac oral surgeon, he appeared offended and saying if I didn't want to continue the treatment with him, I am free to go to other orthodontist. Three of my family members has orthodontic treatments in this practice. Two sets of traditional wire braces and one set of Invisalign. I would recommend you to go anywhere else! The practice is so busy we often had to wait up to three months to get an adjustment appointment. The time frame from start to finish was approx. 3 years for the two sets wire braces and 5 years for the invisaline. They care more about the $$$$$$ than giving customer satisfaction. I approached Dr Hardman as a 52 year old needing braces some 8 years ago now. I had such a crooked upper bite and I never smiled in photos. He was compassionate and explained the procedure to me. I had treatment for 2 years. Loved the result. Staff were so friendly but professional. I would highly recommend Dr Hardman.
