has been good in the past. However he ordered a CT scan for me and a week later when I went to see him, he asked me why I was there. Then he looks at his computer and says the issue is my gall bladder which he had also thought it was. However, after I left, I realised he never had looked at the blood work I had done to compare it to the previous one which said I had an infection. I had to call the office to request a copy of the blood work. I think Dr. Rubin should retire.
Cannot seem to remember patients or diagnoses from one visit to the next. He has to be reminded of what drugs he has prescribed and of what he had previously thought what was wrong. He has also, according to other patients, been terrible about getting insurance coverage for needful medications.
I went to Doctor Rubin because of a serious recurring condition that was unpredictable. Because of the strangeness of the symptoms I could have been dismissed as a slightly crazy old lady. Doctor Rubin was incredibly concerned and methodical in trying to solve this mystery.
