He is an incredible, caring, and brilliant doctor.
It was a pleasure meeting with Dr Maughan. He was the 3rd surgeon I met with. He listened intently and throughly answered every question my husband and I had. I would describe him as a quiet and humble man with outstanding experience and expertise regarding the spine. I felt very confident in our decision regarding my health after meeting with him. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing spinal surgery.

Don’t see Dr. Maughan if you want help or answers! We wait 3 months after he received images just for him to berate, shame, and belittle our concerns-basically we were told we were just fat liars-( pain and symptoms were fake and the back concerns were due to being “over-payload for size) although the images were bad-they weren’t that bad! And since the pain was minimal due to steroids and shots-since there was no pain-why would we even think we would be candidates for surgery!
