Dr. Maughan is brilliant. He listened to me carefully and I felt like he heard and respected my concerns. After consulting with several other neurosurgeons it was clear that his assessment was correct; and also; that in his field he has an excellent reputation for his skill as a surgeon. I went with Dr. Maughan and had outstanding outcomes. I highly recommend him.

I would describe him as a quiet and humble man with outstanding experience and expertise regarding the spine. I felt very confident in our decision regarding my health after meeting with him. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing spinal surgery.
