The dental department is amazing but honestly not very happy with scheduling, in the last two years I’ve had to reschedule appointments and the receptionist was not very helpful and even rude , but it was the last time I had to reschedule my appointment, that has prompted me to leave a comment. Treated me with such care and compassion
I just moved to the Orlando area and was recommended by a co worker to visit Dr Gayed. It was a very welcoming environment and they did a good job with scheduling for an emergency visit to take care of me for tooth pain. Very clean office and friendly staff. I was in and out in no time and had no wait. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.
I am terrified of dentistry. Everyone, from the greeting staff to Dr. Gayed himself, were most accommodating and empathetic to my fear. They were frankly, given my experience with other practices, above and beyond my expectations. As much as I am afraid, when I need to, I will go back.
