I’ve been coming here for four years. I was told today that my appointment was canceled because I didn’t confirm. I have a brand new phone and the focus is turned on so I missed the calls. The lady was very rude and came out and called me by the wrong name and then scolded me for not confirming. I am never going back to this dentist. I showed her the text that I received this morning that the office sent me confirming the appointment. Very rude!
I have been going to this practice for over 3 years and I still feel like a stranger when I go in for my teeth cleaning. No one recognizes me or my wife, there is Always a problem with the insurance and the wait time is unacceptable, especially when they call me to change my appointment and then forget I am there!
Very bad experience with this dentist. He placed two crowns for me and in less than two years they fell off. When I went back to ask for a solution, he refused to take responsibility for the work he did. I consider this a lack of professional ethics and commitment to his patients. I do not recommend him.”
If you have a brain aneurysm, don't bother making an appointment here. I've had a brain aneurysm for two years (the only thing to be done for it is monitoring growth), had procedures done at this dentist's office during that time, and was just told that my upcoming appointment to have a crown replaced that fell out 4 months after it was put in can not be done due to my brain aneurysm.
