On my second visit to the office, the doctor was over an hour late for my appointment; I was told he was likely still at the hospital. I waited patiently, completely understanding of the constraints of his position. Recently, I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment, and was told that there was a note on my file from the doctor that needed to be checked on prior to my making an appointment.
