I've got teatment for lymes by in around 2010 . Got 2 years of drug treatment. Took another 2 years the autoimmune response pain in joint and cronic fatigue ease off. So better now. Found that hard exercise help alot, especially on bad days. Got the lymes tick bite up in Booti Booti camping area in 2003 .Also read that get lymes through bed bugs too. I was in London 2000 and got bitten bedbugs in hotel. Could got it then. I'm much much better now. Thanks Dr Dobie Regard Ian Wild

Only saw him once but seemed very thorough and very switched on. Should have kept seeing him as now I’m that sick I can’t look after myself

I have known Dr Peter Dobie personally for close to 20 years and have used him as my Primary Care Physician for the past 8 years. I have found him at all times to be interested and concerned about the issues I have raised and if he did not have the specific answers on hand certainly took the trouble to research them. He works in specialised fields that most other GPs avoid and with conditions that are sometimes extremely vague and difficult to manage, and is dedicated to increasing his knowledge base in these areas. I saw Dr. Dobie for about nine months for ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome). He is rather alternative, which I don't mind as I had exhausted a lot of the traditional avenues. Just be aware that he will charge decent fees for more alternative treatments. (And he's not at all flexible with timings - I once had a 22 minute appointment and was charged for the 40 minute rate instead of the 20 minute rate. He himself, however, is never on time.)
