I wish I could give them zero stars. Even though they failed my implant I did not get any compensation fee and just for my routine cleaning and filling they charged my husband and me more than $3,600 it's ridiculous. I was so regret that why I even started with them The process. They said that my insurance covers some part of it they sent me A dead collector for my husband and me $1,860.20 and we already paid the balance that we were supposed to pay they keep Sending me the collection. This office is a hot mess. They overbook to make sure they get money. The doctor is rude and unpleasant. He screams at kids and doesn't explain treatment. The staff seems to have no voice or understand the procedures. I recommend to call your insurance for a different office and to verify they're not over-billing. “I endured a tremendous amount of pain, only to have my dental issues worsen. When I first visited this clinic, I had no gum disease, but after several painful treatments, my filling came off, and the dentist then told me I had developed gum disease. The lack of respect, painful procedures, and poor customer service made this experience unbearable. I ultimately had to leave because it felt more like torture than treatment.”

Very unprofessional doctor is very rude and impatient with kids . I bring my daughter for filling and when the child cried he just walk off and refer her for general anesthesia.
