Dr. Cooke listens to his patients. I was always satisfied with him as a doctor. The only bad experience I had was the long wait times in the patient room. On several occasions I would find myself setting there for 20-40 minutes. There was always a delay in getting referrals out, but office Staff did that. Dr. Cooke started to cut back his work hours for retirement. I slowly found myself not going back. Because i couldn't get in to see him.
