I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Castellanos! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Castellanos is fantastic. His staff is absolutely unresponsive, and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. If he had a better staff (or maybe just needs more staff), then I'd probably give 5 stars. I'd hate to have to drive a two hour round trip to go in person to his office, but I'm just about out of ideas as they don't seem to have any online options. I really need to get records sent to other doctors in other specialties and can't get a hold of anyone.
