Doctor Peter C. Wang commitments, personal touches and quality of medical care is outstanding. He’s highly skilled and is a very compassionate surgeon with high knowledge, skills and professionalism. He’s very engaged and he always makes sure sure to answer all questions, that I have had and that my recovery has gone so great as anticipated. I felt very safe and comfortable having him do my surgeries and I can highly recommend Doctor Peter C. Wang as your surgeon, he’s the best!
Ridiculous wait. They ask you to show up 30 minutes prior to your appointment and end up waiting 2 1/2 hours for a post-op appointment. Don't schedule more than you can manage. It is not fair to schedule an appointment and have them wait this long. It is not fair to miss other engagements and no one have the audacity to give you an update on the wait or reschedule. The front office person was no HELP.
Dr. Wang did surgery on me in April 2016 to fix an inguinal hernia. 9+ years later and no issues whatsoever, everything all good. I would highly recommend Dr. Wang, he knows what he's doing. A doctor friend of mine at Hoag recommended him as being the best and I'm grateful I went to him.
About DR Wang. He performed emergency surgery on me July 2024 ago. When I first met him, I was pretty scared as I was in the hospital for a perforation. I have worked in the healthcare industry and also emergency services so knowing what I know, I was terrified of actually being in the hospital myself.
