I had a great experience with Dr. Kwan. He took his time, was through with his questions, I didnt feel rushed and he has a great sense of humor. The girls at the front were all very nice and helpful as well. I too am being treated for an accident and they had no problem giving me copies of the paperwork i requested for my own records. I didnt have to come back or pay for them like some offices. As far as appointments, i had no issue making them. If there was a ZERO stars option I would have preferred that. The most poorly run office I have ever experienced. I was referred to this Dr from my Orthopedic Specialist after being hit by a car. I called 4 TIMES to make an appointment First time was over 4 months ago. I made 2 more calls in the past 2 weeks and from the very 1st phone call to now I’m STILL I’m still getting the “I need to verify your coverage we’ll call you back.” Yes I told the last person I spoke to that this was ridiculous & I had to be covered to see th... read more
