In the past we liked Dr Brusco and his staff. However recently my family has experienced rescheduling appointments, billing and insurance mixups, a lack of help with a toothache when I wasn't able to come in due to family circumstances (thank you Teledoc!!) Most concerning is financial. They had me pay for service then took the insurance money as well. I still have not received a refund. Plus they want huge up front payments for service not yet rendered. To me that is a red flag. Very disappointed
I regularly get mailers/postcards from Dr Brusco. Specifically, a "New Patient Special" $89 for a Checkup, X-Ray and Cleaning. I do not have insurance so I have to pay for everything out of pocket. I needed a cleaning and a checkup so I made an appointment. Before my appointment, a filling broke off. Before the doctor came in, I connected with a nice dental hygenist that did my x-rays. Dr. Brusco and his staff provide excellent service to their patients. They make your feel like family coming for a visit. Now how often do you get that going to the dentist.
