I am so grateful that over 24 years ago, I was referred to Dr Bell. He delivered both of my children via C - Section and I had the best experience, both times! We had a very disappointing experience with the circumcision procedure for our newborn. After the procedure, we were advised by the GP to return twice for follow-up visits. On the second visit, we only saw what I assume was a nurse, as we didn’t have the opportunity to see the doctor. On the third visit, we insisted on seeing Dr. Bell.
