I was really looking forward to seeing this doctor, but the lady at the front desk completely changed my mind. Her tone was rude and unhelpful when I asked a few genuine questions about the procedure. Instead of explaining, she told me to download information from a website, which came across as very dismissive, and was quite pushy about paying a deposit and booking right away. I am so grateful that over 24 years ago, I was referred to Dr Bell. He delivered both of my children via C - Section and I had the best experience, both times! His manner is calm, he is polite and his bed side manner is just perfect. Dr Bell explains everything extremely well and allows the patient to make an informed decision. We had a very disappointing experience with the circumcision procedure for our newborn. After the procedure, we were advised by the GP to return twice for follow-up visits. On the second visit, we only saw what I assume was a nurse, as we didn’t have the opportunity to see the doctor. On the third visit, we insisted on seeing Dr. Bell.
