Peter Hines, MD is a gifted doctor. I highly recommend him. He listens to your concerns, answers questions & explains everything. He always takes time & is very knowledgeable.
This clinic has very bad customer service; they never answer the phone or return calls. And the schedulers are so unprofessional and rude.Tthey don't care about your health, all what they cares about is making money. They are also booked 4 months in advance. if you need an appointment ,you have to wait at least three to four months.
Dr Heins has been my Nephrologist for over 15 years and I believe him to be absolutely without peer. He is informative, to the point, explains all issues, and is most personable. Ron Prrry
