I am probably an outlier in this, but I have no idea what's going on with the staff. I came in last Thursday to get prescribed a control medication that I was previously on before I came to Clarksville. I needed a prior authorization that took less than 24 hours and my pharmacy insurance was able to cover my medication so that I could avoid paying $200 monthly.
