I called yesterday regarding an appointment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Trish. While I was calmly trying to explain my situation so she could understand, she was extremely rude and aggressive, even going as far as telling me to be quiet. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, which was completely lacking in this interaction. Peter and his staff are top notch. The front desk team have consistently been helpful and personable. And Peter is wonderful. He is thorough, informative and always happy to chat through any concerns or questions - which are many as a first time adult orthodontic patient. It has been a really comfortable and professional experience. I can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Peter (and team!)
Just rang to make an appointment as a new patient. The office is closed on Wednesdays. Well, bad luck then. I will find another clinic which is open 5 days a week.
