The best and the most caring office, Dr. Mellas was above all my expectations, excellent staff, if is 10 stars I will give Dr. Mellas assistant, he is the most definitely an amazing human being and his caring attitude is very important to patient in dental chair. Bravo
Paid for a procedure that wasn’t completed. Assistant was argumentative as to why I couldn’t get a refund instead of checking with her billing team. The conversation was turning into them holding hundreds of dollars from me until they can determine if it’s needed 3m from now. Made me even question if they tried to bill my insurance since they collected from me. Lack of communication in the office.
I feel so fortunate to have been a patient at Dr. Mellas' office on Greenway rd. Michelle and Sandra and Dr Goldfarb and everyone treated me so kindly and helped calm my fears. You should definitely have confidence if you choose this office for your periodontal needs.
I've been seeing Dr. Mellas for a year and it was a great experience. He fixed a problem with me lower teeth with bone graphs and it's done the trick. I feel much better now.
