Found out that the city shut this place down. Apparently the office was doing illegal activities in here. Such a shame.
Closed when I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed
We made an appointment for our kitten a month ago for 5 pm today for a booster vaccine. We walked by several times this week, noticed it was closed, and thought it was odd. We called and emailed and received no response. Yesterday, we received a confirmation text and confirmation link for the appointment. We confirmed and arrived at our appointment time. Had an appointment for my pet and it turns out the place may be out of business now as we have tried calling for a week and they weren’t responding and when I arrived today the gate was down and the place looked like it was closed for good. I didn’t get my pets records from our last two appointments and there was no update that they were closing.
Front manager was rude and unhelpful. Make it seem like all they want is money. They demand i bring my cat in who was there in November for the same evaluation fir prescribed meds just prescribed. They want $80 for nothing. The manager wouldn't have the vet call me back. They didn't even know about the new app they sent me. Asking me what the name was. Now I'm here during buisness hours and it looks like it's closed down. Where is my med prescription?
