They saw me the day after I called and gave me ointment for my cat's ear, that was great. But they then also cut her nails too short so she was bleeding! They charged me $40 for that! When I mentioned to them in a follow-up email that this did not seem reasonable, their response was that it happens and, "It may be worth considering having this service done at a groomer going forward."

Puerto Rico required a health certificate for my dog issued within ten (10) days of travel by a USDA accredited veterinarian as well as an external parasite treatment within 72 hours of travel recorded on the health certificate. It was the weekend, three (3) days before we were schedule to fly out and I just found out that the usual vet's office we go to did not have a USDA accredited veterinarian that can timely sign the health certificate.
